Clinic Policies
When you visit for the first time, we'll begin with a skin analysis to evaluate your skin and prepare it for advanced treatments if necessary and whether your treatment is advisable.

Booking Information:
Bookings can be made through Fresha or through Instagram. The Fresha link will take you to the bookings page. You can change or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or special needs when making your appointment. Special discounts can be applied through either booking method.

Advanced Procedures:
If you've recently undergone advanced procedures like injectables, peels, or microblading, we kindly ask that you wait at least 2 weeks before scheduling a facial treatment.

Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. Within 24 hours, this charge increases to 100%.
​
No Show:
Failure to attend your appointment without prior communication will result in a 100% charge of the treatment cost, and we reserve our rights to refuse future bookings.
​
Running Late:
If you're running late by more than 10 minutes, please be aware that your appointment may need to be shortened, with the full treatment cost still applicable, or rescheduled.

Silent Appointment:
For those who prefer a tranquil appointment without conversation, simply let us know when booking or send us a message.

Payment:
We accept payment through Fresha and by cash. If you plan to pay with cash, please can you ensure you have the exact amount, we do not hold change at the clinic.

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you're dissatisfied, please contact us as soon as possible.

Health & Safety:
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene is our priority. Please note that minors and pets are not allowed with you during your visit.

Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Our Rights:
We reserve the right to adjust treatment prices as needed and may modify or remove treatments as necessary.
